"We had water coming through the hood in our kitchen. The hood vent pipe runs through the attic and out the roof. The section of roof where the vent pipe is located is 3 stories high. I called MJT Roofing and Manny was at our house the same day and was willing to go up onto a snow covered roof. He said he found the issue but in order to repair it, it needed to be dry and to call once the snow had melted. We called a few days later and again Manny arrived the same day.
