MJT Roofing replaced our roof that had been damaged and then further damaged due to ice damage from this past brutal winter. Manny came, as scheduled , to give us an estimate. I love that he texted me when he was on his way. Upon arrival, he inspected the area, asked detailed questions about the history of this house/roof and included photos with the estimate. He gave (2) roof type options and line items that may have to be replaced (plywood, gutters, etc). I loved his explanation during the visit of what needed to be done, he gave best and worst case scenarios for the cost. No one likes surprises in the middle of a project that has to be budgeted for ahead of time. His knowledge, professional demeanor, detailed estimate and honesty impressed me. The team came on schedule, they worked from sun up to sun down and completed the project in one day, as stated. MJT replaced my roof  five years ago. The install was outstanding, but the more important note now  is that the roof has performed without a leak all these years.  Even with the heavy snow loads and ice build up from this winter’s snow storms, not a leak, not a problem, just great performance.  When I was concerned about a ceiling spot that did suddenly appear, Manny (the owner) came right out and was able to verify that my roof was still in great shape and then expertly diagnosed my problem to be squirrels that had taken up residence in my attic. These guys are awesome, my roof leaked within first couple months of buying my house, these guys came out next day for estimate, worked with my wife and i with limited financial options, did amazing repair work same week. Me being a California beach bum, had no idea that ice dams were a thing until this last snowstorm, realized to late for me to do anything, these guys came out within a couple hours of me signing the agreement and had my roof cleared of ice and snow within 30 min.
